The following is a timeline for the Superintendent search process:

Q 4 – 2022

Week of October 16, 2022

• Issue Search Firm RFP

October – December 2022

• Establish search web-presence and develop search communications plan
• Community engagement and outreach design and implementation

December 2022

• Review results of community engagement/outreach
• Select Search Consultant and Approve Search Contract
• Receive results of superintend compensation market study

Q 1 – 2023

• Remaining elements of the search process and timeline to be developed in conjunction with Search Consultant/Law Firm
  • Candidate screening

Q 2 – 2023

• Candidate screening continues:
  • Interviews
  • Selection
  • Board approval
  • Announcement (detailed scheduled to be developed in conjunction with search consultant)

Q 3 – 2023

July 1

• New Superintendent start date
