Spring Commencement 2014
Between May 21 and 25, hundreds of students in the Class of 2014 throughout Des Moines will don their caps and gowns, walk across a stage, and receive their high school diploma.
And from there, each will take the first step towards the next stage in their lives.
Commencement is a district-wide celebration of the academic accomplishments that have led each student to the successful completion of high school. It is an uplifting event for all of Des Moines Public Schools as we celebrate each and every graduate.
Congratulations to every member of the Class of 2014 – along with their teachers, parents, family and friends. We look forward to the celebration of our extraordinary students at this year’s commencement ceremonies.
Feel free to use the hashtag #DMPS2014 with your graduation-related tweets and social media posts in order to share news and announcements, as well as photos and memories, about the big day.
