Between May 23 and 27, hundreds of DMPS students in the Class of 2018 will don their caps and gowns, walk across a stage, and receive their high school diploma.
And from there, each will take the first step on to the next stage in their lives.
Commencement is a district-wide celebration of the academic accomplishments that have led each student to the successful completion of high school. It is an uplifting event for all of Des Moines Public Schools as we celebrate each and every graduate.
Congratulations, in advance, to every member of the Class of 2018 – along with their teachers, parents, family and friends. We look forward to the celebration of our extraordinary students at this year’s commencement ceremonies.
