Planned Technology Updates Over Winter Break at DMPS

During Winter break, our technology team will be working on updates to our computer systems. Please note the following software downtime and office closure.

Infinite Campus Down for Maintenance Until December 28
On December 23 through December 28, Infinite Campus will be taken offline as we migrate our database, servers, overnight processes, and third-party connections to cloud servers. Therefore, parents and students will not be able to access Infinite Campus via the mobile app nor the portal log-in page (web page) during that time. Starting January 3, mobile app users will be able to reconnect to our district. Watch for an email with instructions.

UPDATE: The new URL for Infinite Campus is: https://desmoinesia.infinitecampus.org/campus/desmoines.jsp. If you have Infinite Campus bookmarked on any of your web browsers please be sure to update.

Welcome Center Closed for Software Maintenance Until December 31
The Welcome Center at 1000 Porter Avenue is closed Thursday, December 23 through Friday, December 31 during Winter Break for a system upgrade. The enrollment center will resume normal operating hours on Monday, January 3, 2022.
