Programming

DMPS-TV programming airs 24 hours a day on Mediacom channel 12.1 and 12.2, or 812 on a digital cable box.

With the exception of some specialized programming such as DMPS School Board Meetings and other special events, DMPS-TV runs on a continuous loop. We keep our features brief and repeat them often so we have a better chance of catching our viewer’s attention and keeping it. Depending on how much programming we have, our stories usually repeat one to three times per hour.

The majority of our programming consists of documentary-style short stories with subjects ranging from the arts and sports to student-produced content and special event coverage throughout the district.

School Board meetings broadcast live on DMPS-TV at 6:00 p.m. on the day of a school board meeting. These are rebroadcast at 6:00 p.m. every Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday.
