To say it was a special day at North High is an understatement. On the one hand, the school hosted the President of the United States and the U.S. Secretary of Education, who came because of its well-deserved reputation as a successful turnaround school. And on the other hand, even if only for an hour, the eyes of the nation were inside this school to see and hear the many great people who make up Polar Bear Nation.
