It was a “Wild” field trip for hundreds of DMPS elementary and middle school students as they enjoyed a mid-day hockey game, thanks to the Iowa Wild. And in the process contributed to a new attendance records for the city’s AHL franchise. Students also received a special education-themed workbook from the team.
