Williams Stadium was the site of the 4th annual DMPS Marching Band Festival as East, Hoover, Lincoln, North and Roosevelt took to the field. Each band gave a performance followed by a clinic with a group of Iowa college and high school band directors. It was the debut for Hoover as the Huskies are rebuilding the school’s marching band program.
