Blue Man Group percussionists, Jesse Nolan and Anthony Riscica, made a visit to East High School for a workshop on February 21st. After having the crowd concentrate on silence and then stare at a partner, Nolan explained how the band plays with improvisation and hypersensitivity to the actions in the performance. Finally, Nolan and Riscica had two volunteers from the audience improvise while one acted and the other played drums.
