ALP Logo 2The mission of DMPS Advanced Learning is to systematically identify, support, and advocate for the needs of students with exceptional abilities.

The Advanced Learning Program for Des Moines Public School provides services for students who have needs beyond the regular classroom curriculum. We work with teachers to support advanced learners in the classroom, and we work with students to support their needs. We collaborate to provide opportunities for our students, and we provide support for parents.

For more information, please visit the links or contact Dr. Jolene Teske, the program’s supervisor, at jolene.teske@dmschools.org or 515-242-8393.
