The annual FREE school & sports physical event hosted by Select Physical Therapy and Iowa Ortho, will be held on Thursday, July 18th from 5:30 - 8:00 pm. Open to all middle and high school students. (Meets physical requirements for athletic participation; health insurance NOT required for exam)
