2012 Commencements to be Re-Broadcast on DMPS-TV
More than 1,700 students graduated from Des Moines high schools in May. Our DMPS-TV crews were there to capture each and every one of the eight commencement ceremonies held for our proud senior class.
Whether you were there to cheer on your favorite graduate in person and would like to relive the event, or were simply unable to attend, you can watch each ceremony in its entirety on DMPS-TV (Mediacom channels 85 or 97.3) beginning this Saturday. Each ceremony will air twice over the next two weeks.
The schedule of broadcasts is:
Saturday, June 23 and Saturday, June 30
- 7:00 PM – Lincoln High School
Sunday, June 24 and Sunday, July 1
- 7:00 PM – East High School
Monday, June 25 and Monday, July 2
- 7:00 PM – Roosevelt High School
Tuesday, June 26 and Tuesday, July 3
- 7:00 PM – North High School
Wednesday, June 27 and Wednesday, July 4
- 7:00 PM – Hoover High School
Thursday, June 28 and Thursday, July 5
- 7:00 PM – Scavo Alternative High School
Friday, June 29 and Friday, July 6
- 5:00 PM – District-wide Programs
- 7:00 PM – Ruby Van Meter School
